Motorcycle Returns

Due to the nature of our products, motorcycle returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not completely satisfied with your new Ducati motorcycle, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a resolution that meets your needs.

Conditions for Motorcycle Return Consideration:

  • The motorcycle must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
  • Any modifications or alterations to the motorcycle may void the possibility of a return.

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the circumstances.

Apparel and Parts Returns

We accept returns of apparel and parts within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as special order parts, personalized apparel, and safety equipment (e.g., helmets), may not be eligible for return. Please check with us before making your purchase if you have any questions.
